This piece reflects the waves of the ocean with highlights of the colors that make-up the sea. I crafted this piece with watercolor and shredded paper.

I created this piece based on the emotions I connect with water. When I think of the ocean, I compare it to the feeling of being free and the possibility of a journey waiting to happen. I have always wanted to be near the ocean, to sink below the waves and let everything just fade away but I have also longed to sail on the sea with friends that I love and simply have an adventure. The sea, the sky, and good company; that would be a fun dream to fulfill.
