Watercolor painting of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California with beach waves and foot prints in the sand at the top. The image was painted to look like a post card with a stamp in the bottom right corner with the date May 2, 2002.

This art piece was inspired by the postcards that I like to collect, specifically one of the Golden Gate Bridge. I chose to paint the Golden Gate Bridge because I was born in the Bay Area and spent the first two years of my life playing in the water on the beaches there. I also took my first steps on a beach which is why there are little footprints in the sand. In the bottom right corner the stamp is dated May 2, 2002 which is my birth date.
