This photo series dialogue seeks to make visible the vulnerability and lived deportation of childhood arrivals to the United States. Focus relies on Tania Mendoza, community narrator who speaks on her migration story, coming of age undocumented in the U.S., and her deportation. Images are accompanied by Quick Response (QR) codes that host her story and highlights the Playas de Tijuana Mural project. As a whole, these seek to challenge the idea of who counts as a childhood arrival.
