Registration is your ticket to three immersive days of full participation in the 2025 IA National Gathering, “Providing Passage: Practicing the Worlds We Want” in Las Cruces, New Mexico from Friday October 3 – Sunday October 5, 2025.

As a member benefit, faculty and staff at IA Member Institutions can access reduced registration rates and each IA Member Institution receives one free registration. If your institution is not a member, contact IA at connect@imaginingamerica.org.
Registration Types and Rates
Please select the registration type that best matches your professional and financial situation. Being honest in this selection allows us to subsidize reduced rates for students, community members, and independent creatives and organizers.
- IA Member: You are faculty or staff at an IA member higher education institution. Not sure if your institution is a member? Find out here.
- Non-Member Higher Education: You are faculty or staff at a non-member higher education institution, or you work in a higher education adjacent professional organization. If you would like to join IA now to receive discounted member registration please email us at connect@imaginingamerica.org.
- Sustainer: You work at a private business or foundation. Or, you are an individual who can afford the full sustainer rate.
If the registration types listed above do not apply, please select from the following reduced registration rates that are designed to support participation from our diverse network of collaborators.
- Advocate: You work at an organization, governmental body, non-profit, or independently with resources to attend conferences.
- Friend: You are an independent creative or organizer, or you work at a small, grassroots organization with limited resources to attend conferences.
- Student: You are an enrolled student at any educational institution.
Registration Discounts
- IA Member Discount and One Free Registration (members only)
As a benefit of IA membership, each member institution is entitled to discounted registration rates, as well as one free registration. The decision about how to use this one free registration is left to the discretion of the member campus liaisons who receive the promo code. You can find a list of all IA member institutions here. If you do not know your campus liaisons, please email connect@imaginingamerica.org. - Team Discount – Buy 4, Get 1 Free (members only)
Team discounts encourage the participation of institutional and campus-community teams. Teams receive one free registration for every four individuals registered from the same institution. This discount is valid for IA members only. To receive the fifth free registration (applied to the lowest rate), please follow the directions here. - Early Bird Discount
