With permission from performing artists, plenary sessions will be recorded and uploaded to IA’s social media channels.
If you registered, you should have received a confirmation email from Eventbrite, so check your spam if you don’t see it.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact gathering@imaginingamerica.org.
Links to join each session will be sent out six hours prior to the start of the event. If you do not receive the email within that time frame, please check your spam. Still not seeing it? Email us at gathering@imaginingamerica.org. Please also note that the Collective Creative Engagement also includes events organized by IA partner organizations, and these events may require separate registration to receive information on how to join. These events will be clearly indicated on the event calendar.
Your registration covers access to all events on the calendar with the exception of the cross-promoted events, indicated by *Cross-promoted event. All of the cross-promoted sessions are free and open to the public but may require a separate registration. Click on the link associated with each event to find out more.
The calendar of events is shown in Central Daylight Time (CDT).
We recommend having the Zoom application downloaded and a high-speed internet connection. For the best audio quality, using a set of headphones will be helpful.
You are able to cancel your registration and receive a refund up to October 4th, the day before the events starts. Please email gathering@imaginingamerica.org to request cancellation.
