Ceremony for the Nahua-Pipil, is an expression of living in a culture of gratitude, reciprocity, and recognition of the Other, where all Earth beings — human and not-human — share deep connections with each other, Mother Earth our home in the universe.

As a ritual of repair and renewal, ceremony is a deeply grounding experience of resistance and survivance that makes possible for Indigenous women to walk our journeys on this Earth, accompanied by our ancestors, resisting every step, from conditions of hopelessness and des-esperanza toward our collective liberation.
