This image is a drawing of glasses on a collage of two separate book pages, with highlighted phrases and aged coffee stains. In the lenses, the phrase “LOOK FOR GOOD HABITS” is present.

This piece is titled “Look For Good Habits.” It focuses on the idea of forming routines that aim to better both yourself and the world around you. This rite of ritual is focused on the idea of reading and literary analysis. The glasses, staring you straight in the eyes, hopes to make you look deeper than the words on the page, to highlight things that stick out to you, finding things that can relate to your present circumstances more than you initially thought, and utilizing them when you see fit; that’s what it means to look for good habits. This piece, along with two others, are part of a series of routines that I personally have picked up, in an attempt to be better both physically and mentally.
